Update: Immigration officials reported that the Cubans departed Frank Sound about 11am Monday morning and were bound for Honduras.
Immigration officials are currently monitoring a vessel carrying 13 Cubans, which arrived off Frank Sound around 8:00a.m. today, Monday, 16 July 2012.
The 20-foot motorized wooden craft has 13 adult males, and is undergoing repairs in transit to another destination.
