The mentality of a criminal on a small island is really hard to understand. What part of, It's an Island, do they not understand?

And an escapee? Where the hell are they going to go?

It does seem strange that 'prisoners' find it easier to 'escape' during during Easter and Summer breaks....... got overtime pay ready? check it out, over past 15 years, I only remember majority of escapes occurring during those periods.

Not a threat??? smh a prisoner supposedly made a choice to run away and will not be a threat?

How can he be described as 'not believed to be a danger to the public?'

He's on the run.

Until the police charge those who aid escaping prisoners these situations will continue to embarrass the RCIP on an island not much larger than a postage stamp.
