Tropical depression not likely to develop

The TD Seven path as of Friday afternoon. National Hurricane Centre
Tropical Depression number seven, which was threatening to become a storm earlier in the week, is likely to fall apart in the Eastern Caribbean over the next few days, according to reports from the National Weather Service.

TD seven is likely to stay a depression or become a weak tropical storm just before it reaches the Lesser Antilles in the Eastern Caribbean. After that, forecasters believe it will dissipate.

“There is still a lot of uncertainty regarding whether or not the depression will even become a tropical storm,” a NHC forecast from Friday said.
