Patrick Fell is a Chartered Accountant and has spent much of his career advising banks, brokers and asset managers on regulation and risk. In these fields he advises on governance and compliance, as well as Basel 2 capital and structuring issues. He has also advised regulators in the UK, the Gulf, Asia and the Caribbean. Patrick heads the UK Regulatory Capital Practice.
