Peter Hayden graduated from Manchester University in 1993 and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1996. He obtained the Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) qualification in 2002. He joined Mourant and was admitted as a Cayman Islands Attorney at Law in March 2008. Before Mourant, he worked at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin, where he was a partner, and Allen & Overy in London.
