Mark V. Vlasic (BSBA, JD, cum laude, Georgetown Univ., Cert., Hague Academy of Int’l Law) served as a public sector specialist at the World Bank and head of operations of the StAR Secretariat. A former White House Fellow/special assistant to the Secretary of Defense and member of the Slobodan Milosevic prosecution team, he is now a senior fellow at Georgetown University’s Institute for Law, Science & Global Security and maintains a law firm practice focused on international law and asset recovery issues.
