Gene recently relocated back to Conyers’ Cayman office from Hong Kong, where he was seconded to provide Cayman Islands legal advice on asset financing and funds transactions. Gene’s practice includes all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mutual funds, shipping and aircraft registration.
