David coordinates Christian Aid’s work on tax and development. In this capacity he supports partners in developing countries to engage in policy debates with UK businesses, the EU, UN and OECD. He is a member of the OECD informal taskforce on tax and development. David holds a PhD from the Queen’s University of Belfast.
