Wayne has served on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Managers of Cayman and as Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce for several years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has lived in Cayman for 29 years. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants and the Cayman Insurance Managers Association. He is married and has three children.

Kyle is a partner in a corporate and litigation boutique firm. He is an active and successful litigator who has appeared frequently before the Courts of the Cayman Islands for the last 11 years. Kyle also maintains a busy corporate and real estate practice.
Kyle is also active in the community with a particular focus on youth activities. He spearheaded the creation of a youth flag football league that he continues to organise each year. The league just completed its fourth season and had over two hundred and thirty players ages 7 through 17.

Natalie holds a degree in Art History and a first class Masters degree in Arts Policy and Administration, with a specialisation in contemporary curating. Natalie began her professional career at Cayman Free Press as Special Publications editor. Since joining the non-profit sector in 2002, she has driven many public/private partnership initiatives relating to the visual arts, heritage and identity construction and cultural tourism in the Cayman Islands.
Natalie has served on the board of the Visual Arts Society and the Leadership Cayman Planning Committee; she has participated in the Chamber of Commerce’s Mentoring Cayman Programme. In 2009, she founded the Cayman Contemporary Arts Initiative, a non-profit arts administration company that provides arts marketing and business development advice for artists; she was awarded a Star of Creativity at the National Arts and Culture Awards and was recognised as the 2011 Young Caymanian Leadership Award recipient.
